Chassis:
The frame is made of steel. The chassis is very stable, designed to support the entire structure with fittings. The frame is hot-dip galvanized after production, ensuring a very long service life.
The Axles:
Two AL-KO axles rated at 1800 kg each with brakes are mounted under the chassis. Using a unique chassis design, we can adjust the position of the axles to ensure they are correctly aligned after setup.

Construction
The side wall structure is made of 25mm sandwich panels.
Front Frame – Rear Frame:
The front and rear frames are made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass mats. The advantage of this construction is its high impact resistance. They are also easy to repair in case of damage.
Service Hatch:
On the right side, there is a robust service hatch made of 25mm sandwich panel. The sandwich panel has excellent adhesive properties, allowing it to be painted in any desired color.
The service hatch is framed with aluminum profiles. The inner frame is also made of aluminum. The hatch is supported by two gas springs with a manual locking mechanism to prevent sudden closure while opening.
A bag shelf is attached to the front of the counter, fixed with a stainless steel hinge.

Door:
A large and wide entrance door is mounted at the front of the trailer. The door opens fully, allowing easy access to and from the trailer. The drawbar features a stable, wide tread plate for safe entry and exit. The door includes a chrome door handle with a lock.
Roof:
The roof is also made of 25mm thick sandwich panel and painted in your desired color.
Lighting:
The entire trailer is equipped with LED lighting for long-lasting performance. The trailer also includes a third brake light for additional safety. It is equipped with a 13-pin Jaeger plug, featuring: two tail lights, two reversing lights, two fog lights, two license plate lights, and three side marker lights.
Painting:
After assembly, the Exclusive Trailer is painted in a color of your choice. Metallic finishes are possible upon agreement.
Water:
Two water tanks, each with a capacity of 90 liters, are mounted under the trailer using aluminum brackets. The fresh water tank includes a level meter with a display installed inside the trailer. It is filled via a Gardena coupling on the exterior. The waste water tank has a closable outlet for attaching a drainage hose.
A hot water boiler and pump for the faucet are located under the sink.
Interior Lighting:
Two aluminum rails are mounted on the roof, housing LED lighting. The LEDs provide a warm light tone (2400-2700K) with 120 LEDs per meter. The lighting can be dimmed and controlled via a wireless touch panel.
Electricity:
The trailer features three CEE plug inputs on the side. Inside, there is a Hager distribution box with three 16 Ampere 230V circuits. The trailer is wired with 2.5 kW to all sockets. Group distribution can be customized in advance, with 380V/400V options available upon request.

Equipment Side:
The equipment side is coated with heat-resistant material to prevent heat radiation and burning from external sources. A stainless steel plate is mounted over the heat-resistant coating.
Left Side:
The left side features a refrigerated workbench, 2230 mm wide, 650 mm high, and 700 mm deep. Heat sources such as fryers and baking sheets can be placed on this lowered refrigerated workbench for a comfortable working height.
Next to it is a stainless steel workbench, 2000 mm long, 850 mm high, and 600 mm deep, with two lockable sliding doors and a shelf.

Right Side:
The right side includes two stainless steel workbenches measuring 2000 (L) mm x 600 (D) mm x 850 (H) mm, and one measuring 1800 (L) mm x 600 (D) mm x 850 (H) mm. These workbenches feature shelves and are clad with wood on the customer-facing side. A sturdy bag shelf is also included.

A stainless steel extractor hood with a specially placed motor creates a slanted back design, allowing for high placement.

Special Option: Extendable Trailer:
Strong guide profiles are fixed in the frame where the roller tracks are placed. The frame slides outward to create an additional 500 mm of interior space. The guide system allows easy extension and retraction with one hand. A solid lock prevents accidental movement.
