Answer:         Yes, you can pay for the truck directly via bank transfer or choose a financing option.

Question:      Is there a warranty or guarantee on the vehicles?

Answer:         Yes, all our vehicles come with a warranty. Details on duration and conditions will be discussed individually.

Question:      Can the vehicle be delivered?

Answer:         We can deliver the vehicle to your location for an additional fee.

Question:      Which vehicles does Street Food King offer?

Answer:         We offer various models – from the classic street food wagon, promotional vehicles to specialized vehicles or trailers for your desired concept.

Question:      Can I customize my vehicle individually?

Answer:         Yes! We offer customizations in equipment, design, and branding so that your truck perfectly matches your concept.

Question:      Can you create a logo for us?

Answer:         Our graphics department will create your logo according to your wishes. If you purchase a vehicle from us, you receive a finished logo in all necessary formats free of charge.

Question:      Can I expand or modify my vehicle later?

Answer:         Our vehicles have a modular structure and can be converted or expanded if necessary.

Question:      Which equipment is included in the vehicle?

Answer:         Tell us what you want, we can realize almost anything.

3. Operation & Organization

Question:      Can I drive the vehicle myself?

Answer:         Most vehicles or trailers can be driven with a standard driver’s license (Category B). The BE license class may be required for larger vehicles.

Question:      How high are the operating costs of a vehicle?

Answer:         Costs depend on size, equipment, consumption, and location. We help you create a realistic calculation.

Question:      Do I need to know and comply with hygiene regulations?

Answer:         Yes. We offer support and consultation for compliance with food hygiene and official regulations.

Question:      Can I operate my vehicle in winter too?

Answer:         Many of our vehicles are winterized. We advise you on which adjustments are necessary to sell even in cold weather.

4. Events & Locations

Question:      Can I use the vehicle for events or catering?

Answer:         Yes! Our vehicles are suitable for all types of events. We give tips on how to use your vehicle flexibly.

Question:      How do I find suitable locations for my vehicle?

Answer:         We advise you on location selection, assist with permits, and give tips for attractive sales areas.

Question:      Does Street Food King offer training or consulting?

Answer:         Yes! We accompany you during the start-up – from vehicle operation and hygiene training to sales and marketing tips.

5. Technical Questions

Question:      Is the vehicle inspected by Street Food King?

Answer:         Yes, the vehicle (trailer or food truck) is sold including the Motor Vehicle Inspection (MFK). The inspection is then valid for the next 5 years.

Question:      How fast can I drive with the trailer?

Answer:         The maximum speed limit in Switzerland is $100\text{ km/h}$.

Question:      How large is a vehicle?

Answer:         Our vehicles vary in length between approximately 2 and 8 meters, depending on the model. We help you choose the right size for your concept and locations.

Question:      Do I need special connections for electricity or water?

Answer:         The vehicles are standardly equipped with power connections. We are able to offer various power connections such as CEE16 230V, CEE16 400V or even CEE32 400V. An external water connection is also possible.

Question:      How is the vehicle cleaned?

Answer:         All our vehicles are designed for easy cleaning. We give you tips to comply with hygiene regulations.

Question:      Which kitchen appliances are integrated?

Answer:         This is all individually realizable based on customer request.

6. Legal & Insurance

Question:      Which permits do I need for operation?

Answer:         You need a business registration with the Cantonal Food Inspectorate for compliance with food hygiene regulations. We advise you on this.

Question:      Do I need insurance for the vehicle?

Answer:         When towing the trailer, you have liability insurance from the towing vehicle. However, we recommend comprehensive fully comprehensive insurance, which also covers your trailer. We give tips on suitable policies.

Question:      Can I operate the vehicle internationally?

Answer:         Generally yes, but note the respective legal regulations of the country. We are happy to advise you on export and use abroad.
